At Brikzz, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review the following information regarding our refund and return policy.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 12 hours of placing the order. To request a refund, please email us at support@brikzz.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@brikzz.com and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@brikzz.com. While we do not offer refunds on lost or delayed orders, we will send a replacement package to you along with some extra items included for free as a way of making up for the inconvenience caused.
