1. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
The estimated delivery time depends on the size of your order. Economy shipping takes 3-4 weeks for single minifigure purchases, while larger sets and orders arrive in 1-2 weeks with our free standard shipping.

2. How can I get the most value out of my order?
Mix and match minifigures from different sets, and reach out to us for custom orders if you’re interested in bulk purchases. This will be much cheaper than adding single minifigures from different sets to your cart. Email us at sales@brikzz.com.

3. What should I do if an item I received is missing or damaged?
Please reach out to us and let us know that this has happened. We will happily send you a replacement.

4. What is the difference between the different shipping options?
Economy shipping is free and can take 3-4 weeks. Standard shipping is also free and can take 1-2 weeks. DHL priority shipping is available for an extra cost and takes 4-12 days.

5. What is the processing time for shipments?
Processing time is around 3 business days, although shipments may sometimes be delayed while we wait for stock to be replenished.

6. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived and it’s outside the estimated delivery date?
It is possible that your package might have been lost in transit. If this is the case, we will happily issue a replacement package. Please reach out to us if your order has not arrived on time so we can look into this for you.

7. What is the meaning of the quantity options?
1pcs = 1 minifigure, 5pcs = 5 minifigures, 10pcs = 10 minifigures, 20pcs = 20 minifigures. Please check this before ordering to ensure the correct quantity is received.

8. Are there any customs or import taxes I should be aware of?
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that apply. However, customers typically don’t pay for import taxes, but this might differ from country to country.

9. What if my shipment is delayed due to circumstances outside of your control?
Since a majority of our orders are being sent internationally, there are circumstances outside of our control which might result in your order being delayed, such as customs, postal strikes, or understaffed postal services in your country. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by these factors.

10. Coupons and Discounts Explained:
25% off on two or more items is automatically applied at checkout.

11. What is the minimum order quantity and why is it set?
We have set a minimum order quantity of 2 items. This ensures that all packages are sent by standard shipping and arrive in a reasonable timeframe.

12. Is shipping free worldwide?
We offer free shipping worldwide, except for Austria and India, as shipping is more expensive to those countries.

13. What are Brikzz minifigures and how are they compatible with other brands?
Brikzz minifigures are our own custom prints and molds that are compatible with all major building blocks and bricks brands. This means you can seamlessly integrate our minifigures with your existing collection of building blocks.
